Book Club & Confidence Building Journal Prompts

The quarterly book, monthly journal prompts & pre-workout prayer are some of the most important parts of the Joyfully Fit program. These habits--when practiced consistently--WILL change your life! We will be doing a new book every 3 months so it gives us all a chance to read them together and finish them. If you've already read the book, I encourage you to re-read it. Something new is sure to catch your attention and you'll be able to engage with the community more fully. 

 
 

Book Club-April & May

The Language Of Letting Go-Melody Beattie

I learned about this book through my family crisis in March. It has truly given me, personally, so much freedom, grounding and joy in my life. Probably more than any other book I’ve ever read. It’s a daily reader with about a 1/2 page to a page per day. I’ve been reading it and then taking 2-3 minutes to breathe and meditate on the reminder. I can’t wait to share it with you!

Reading is one of the best ways to improve your life, change your perspective and really lock in your new habits. Confidence & Identity Building Journaling Prompt

These prompts are designed to cycled throughout the month. The best kind of conversations are the conversations that build & grow over time. The ongoing conversations are the ones that lead us to dreams, ideas & vision for our lives. This is true with friends, it’s true within ourselves and it’s true with God. Use these prompts as a way to keep the conversation going between you and God. I also encourage you to share thoughts in the Facebook group so you can be encouraged and celebrated by the other women!

There are 3 prompts each week so that you have space to skip a day and don’t feel like you're suddenly behind. Feel free to engage in the prompts every day but even just 5 minutes per day 3 times per week will really help change your mind and increase your confidence and increase your joy!

You can journal, VLOG in the Facebook Group, paint, draw, sing... respond to these prompts in the way that helps you connect best!

Pre-Workout Prayer

Engage your mind, body, soul & spirit before each workout with this quick prayer. It changes each month so check back on the 1st of each month to download the newest prayer.

Praying before a workout is one of the most incredible ways to connect fully with yourself & with God. Trust me, try it and build a habit of pre-workout conversations with the Lord. We pray before meals because we are grateful for the food. Why not pray before a workout because we are thankful for our bodies? It's fun! Give it a try! I'm confident it will change your life!
